Additionally, if there is a production fault, such as loose joints requiring repairs, Vazeer Optical Hall will fix this issue at no additional cost to you. Our priority is to provide you with high-quality eyewear and exceptional service, ensuring your complete satisfaction even in the rare case of in-transit damage or production faults.

Non-Refundable Items

Accessories: Accessories cannot be refunded.

Prescription Eyeglasses and Sunglasses:

Eyeglasses and Sunglasses with prescription lenses are non-refundable due to their custom nature, as they are specifically tailored to each individual's prescription. However, Vazeer Optical Hall® is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the highest standards of quality. In the unlikely event of an error in the prescription eyeglasses caused by us, we take full responsibility and will replace the lenses at no additional cost.
